Truth Initiative Marketing interview questions

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and submitted my resume. The next day after submitting my resume the client (Truth Initiative) wanted to interview immediately. I am currently working and had 30 minutes for a quick phone screening. I interviewed with the VP of Innovations. She had little knowledge of marketing or marketing roles and was basically a clinician/researcher. After the interview, she contacted the recruiter and stated that I wasn't a superstar, and she wanted someone totally different with more clinical experience which was different from the job description.
