We had three virtual interviews, within a couple of weeks. Each person was a rock star, not even kidding. They have built a no-BS team that comprises of people from various backgrounds and specialtiees with a "no a-hole" policy across the organization.
What makes this group so unique is that they aim to do security and compliance correctly which is different from those firms that aim to satisfy typical customer requests to just "check the box".
What was most impressive was the fact that they didn't play games, didn't hide any agendas, or ghost. They let you know where you stood at the end of each interview and if you'd be moving forward.
They are clear about some of the opportunities and projects they have available and are very eager to ensure they fill roles within their company with the RIGHT mix and great personalities because they likely have realized that people selection matters to enhance their bottom line.
This interview process stands out to me because of the caliber of the people I'd met during the process.
This puts many of their competitors at a huge disadvantage because others prefer to treat candidates like cattle and that certainly was not the experience here.
