      Associate Analyst Interview

      18 Nov 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Truveris

      Interview

I had an initial 30-minute video interview with a recruiter. They were kind and professional and made Truveris seem like a nice place to work. I received a rejection email a few days after saying that the team went in the direction of candidates who had more experience within the pharmacy industry.

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Truveris in Dec 2023

      Interview

Very friendly recruiter, with many simple questions asked. It was strange that I wasn’t picked to go through the next round of interviews, giving that I asked the recruiter at the end of the interview if she had any hesitancy with me as a candidate and I was told no. I feel like what made me not be chosen was the fact that I bargained for a higher salary ( only 10k more). I’m really in shock that they did not decide to at least test my skills and for me to prove that I was a good candidate.

      Associate Analyst Interview

      11 Oct 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Truveris in Oct 2022

      Interview

The recruiter was friendly during the screening, but seemed quite disorganized. After making arrangements for an Excel assessment, that appointment was cancelled without explanation and rescheduled instead for an interview with one of the directors, and I kept receiving duplicate emails about both events for some reason. The interview with the director was awful. He seemed like he didn't want to be there at all and was curt and borderline hostile in his tone. It felt more like an interrogation than anything, and it came as no surprise when the canned rejection email came in the next week.
