Applied and received an email requesting an initial 15-minute Zoom screening only a day later. Woke up on the day of the interview to see my call had been rescheduled for thirty minutes later without any notice. Was told I would need to complete a practical assignment for this position so I did their 10-page creative writing assignment within the one-week timeline I was given. Completely ghosted, never even received a rejection email. Two or three weeks later, I got a notification that they had viewed my application again, as if they were looking for more people to harvest ideas from and never hire. A friend went through a very similar process with this company at the same time. This company may actually employ people, but I think the majority of their hiring practices are scammy and weird. Stay away from them.

* applied online, took an aptitude test, then had a interview with the recruiter * the recruiter is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude, not caring about the interview, looking at another screen, late to the interview, rescheduled multiple times, didnt talk about the position at all, the job description was actually incorrect and recruiter's tone was very critical, does not respond to emails * it appears that the company is unaware of how the recruiter is presenting themselves for the company, as all the emails that the company is included in sounds professional, while the recruiter IS NOT * not worth your time to interview
