Recruiter scheduled screening call months after submitted application. They were then visibly unprepared and disinterested in the conversation, looking at a second screen and clearly not listening. Repeatedly asked the same rephrased questions on the rare instance they were focused on the call, then could not answer a basic question posed to them about the role. One of the more unprofessional interactions I have ever had, and unfortunately the current rating for this company is far too kind. Clearly a high-turnover, understaffed environment with a culture lacking respect.

Question 1
Next to no pertinent questions - nearly all were basic like asking about comfort with a hybrid role and fast moving environment. Nothing substantive.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TubeScience (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Overall straightforward. First step is a phone call with recruiter, and then you are asked to submit a creative assessment, and from there you potentially have a chance to speak with team members. The call with the team included a test where they ask you what you think about an ad.

Share a time where you have negative feedback or when a campaign didn't work out and how you navigate it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TubeScience (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
The initial call with the recruiter was great. I was given a MASSIVE practical. It is absolutely ridiculous and almost three pages long. After spending my entire weekend completing this, with a video walkthrough (as requested) I waited almost two weeks to be denied. Do not recommend even wasting your time as they seem to be seeking free work and ideas.
