Resume drop through my college, and interviewed over the phone for the first round. Was then invited to fly down to Houston the next week for a Superday. For all the trouble of flying me in and paying for me to stay in Houston, I was only interview for about an hour and a half total. A little odd.

Nothing totally unexpected, I was admittedly a little under-prepared for technicals (it was my first ibanking interview).

I did the IB Bootcamp. Pretty simple. Just a 15-30min zoom interview followed by an offer of admittance. Asked me why Houston, about my interest in O&G, and stuff on my resume.

Interview
1st rounder consisted of technicals, as well as a few behaviorals. Make sure you know as much accounting technicals as possible, rather than just focusing on valuation technicals. Overall pretty average experience.
