The interview took place for 2 hours, most of the time dedicated to a design question and a code review. The interviewing process felt more like an argument and a conflict rather than a first technical interview. If the interview's goal is to understand the candidate's thinking process, using sarcastic language and interrupting the candidate's answers is not the way to do it.

At first a phone call with the team leader about 15 minutes. Technical with the team leaders about JAVA, data bases, object oriented, design patterns. Then another technical one with the group manager and HR that are very nice about former jobs.
