Tufte Wear interview questions

I haven't experienced in my life a treatment like the one I have received. The process had 3 phases and I went through them all. First phase I was interviewed by two amazing people, the Heads from two different departments, which gave me such positive vibes about the culture within. The second phase was with the CEO, who also gave me enthusiasm and ambition to push Tufte Wear to the next level and took 3 hours. The third phase was an interview with the Design Team and the CEO, and once again I left the office with a very positive mindset because they all seem committed to the same principle with teamwork. That one took one hour and thirty minutes, yet I had to work on a project with a 3 day preparation while I was on holidays (and they knew) but as a committed person, I stopped my holidays to focus on the project. Before the process was about to finish, I was told by the CEO that the decision would be done within the next couple of days. 4 days after that, HR messaged me saying that the CEO would give me a call within the same day. It did not happen. 3 days later, HR apologized and said that the CEO would reach me in the afternoon ''in a few minutes''. That did not happen. I texted both to see what was going on, but I did not hear anything back from none of them. I even went to the office with the hope to see someone and get an update, but I could not accomplish it since nobody was in the office. A month has passed and I still did not receive any sort of update. At this point, I am quite certain the bridge is burnt, but not by me, and all I can do is sharing this with you so no one else goes through the same experience. I did everything from my side with a lot of respect for everyone and I haven't receive it at all. I believe this is not the ethos of Tufte and it does not represent all the good things the owner and bearer of the Tufte surname mentions on his motivational speeches.
