I had my initial interview with the woman who would be my boss virtually it was mainly just a get to know me, her explaining the position, and making sure my qualities aligned with the job. The second interview was with another woman that would be training me, she mainly talked the entire time but she was very nice. Unfortunately, I did not get the job and I did not hear back from them until about 2 weeks after my second interview for the declination.
