I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tully's Coffee (Kirkland, WA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I had applied by dropping off my my current resume at the store. I asked if the manager was available and if not, when he/she would be available. I was told when she would be in next and I called during that time and talked to her directly. The interview consisted of basic interview questions such strengths/weaknesses, previous jobs, experience, solving a problem etc.

Question 1
The question about how I solved a difficult problem
It was a quick and efficient interview process. There was only one interview done in person, and after that the result was told. The interview was basic but appropriate for the type of job as a barista.
Before starting interview, i wrote something about me. For instance, "Why did you choose apply here?" and so forth. And I talked about experience and hobby. I felt like i was checked my personality by interviewer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tully's Coffee (Bothell, WA) in June 2017
Interview
short and sweet, basic customer service questions, past employment, went over resume, chatted a bit about what I was looking for in a position etc. offered me a coffee. asked about previous problem-solving situations.
