I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Turing (Ankara) in May 2020
Interview
Their interview process for onboarding is straight-forward, there was an initial round for technical screening, after that you get to fill in your details, set up an account, and schedule a technical interview. This interview is easy to average; mine was easy and interviewer said I can do it in any language as long as it I can run the program by the end.
After this round, you get onboarded to the platform and a few other details (hourly rate, interested frameworks, etc.) are requested and your profile is set to active on the platform.
Next is that you get to talk to potential clients and that is how you get hired by a client.
I never got past this point, and I received 2-3 notifications for a potential client and interview with them every week, so I got a bit annoyed and left the platform.
If you reach here, and do get a job, congratulations! :)
