The evaluation centered not just on technical background, but on problem-solving skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm, demonstrating Turkcell's forward-thinking and dynamic environment.
Overall, it was a highly motivating and encouraging process that significantly reinforced my interest in joining Turkcell's innovative team.
Although similar to other companies' tests and I was able to pass all other companies' general aptitude stages easily, they somehow eliminated me without giving me any feedback. The questions were easy and I was pretty sure I was going to be able to proceed to the video interview stage.
It was started with a general talent test, the test was consist of basic mathematic questions and paragraph questions. Questions were easy but the time was limited. You had less than one minute for each question. Then if you pass the test online one-sided interview link is shared through e-mail. I learned that AI is checking the videos and give ranks.
