4 step process; hr, director, presentiation, c level. In all people did not have any idea about the details of the job. In the end HR did not even inform the result of the process.
There was only one meeting with the relevant manager. The process was terminated without giving any reason. The HR manager was also present during the meeting. The questions were asked mostly by HR managers
