My interview process with Turn/River Capital was a positive experience overall. The process felt professional, and the interviewer was very nice and welcoming, which made the conversation feel comfortable and genuine. Even though I was ultimately rejected, I’m still grateful for the experience because it helped me learn more about the firm and improve my interviewing skills.
Multi-stage interview process including panels taking part over many weeks. Interviewers were all very nice, included a take-home case study. No surprises / gotchas but definitely need to be prepared. Onsite interviews in San Francisco HQ.
