The initial interview took place at the company's office in London, where I met with one of the directors and an architect at the firm. At this first stage, the company will be looking to get a sense of who you are and what your motivation for joining them is. My interviewers were polite, friendly, and engaged/engaging. Ahead of a second interview, I was asked to send over a sample of my university work (unrelated discipline) for them to read. I withdrew my application due to a change in personal circumstances, however, the interview would have been with both company directors.
