The process was very fast, I was contacted by a headhunter first and then interviewed with stakeholders and direct managers for this position. I was contacted almost a year ago but declined the offer. The salary and packege offer did not match my expectations. 6 months later i was contacted again with the the promise the offer wold be higher. It was not only a lie, the so called negotiation was a nightmare. Managers in Mexico and New york are bossy and like to take advange of peaople . They lied about the mexican labor law about vacation and did not keep their promisses in the offer
