They'll interview you on some basic questions also they'll do background check and even if its Bad they will hire you. There are a few employees that are in probation, for DUI and drugs. If you are doing overtime (56 hours a week) but refuse to show up on a Saturday they will threaten you to kick you when work gets slow. Thats how it works.
