Multi-step: Phone screen, video interviews, business case studies, in person interviews. My first video interview, which has some lag due to connection speed. Not sure if this is necessary, but goes hand in hand with working at a tech start up. In person interview requires flight and hotel to be paid out of pocket with reimbursement.
