The interview process was well organized and I received responses in an appropriate amount of time. The recruiter was friendly and helpful, and she answered all the questions I had. Questions were standard behavioral questions. There was an emphasis on SQL.

Interview
Questions were simple if you have industry knowledge and are familiar with their software. Recruiter was pleasant. Mentioned most of their team previously worked for Cloudmed or Triage and pretty sure they were looking for someone from that background (or a perhaps a specific demographic) to fill the role, so unsure why they bothered with a screening at all. Recruiter mentioned there were 4 rounds of interviews including a 1 hr SQL challenge, one on one with the manager, and two interviews with the team. Received a general rejection after the screening stating "we currently have other candidates with experience that aligns more closely with our needs at this time."

Lots of “fit” questions. Minimal code challenge, easy SQL. A lot about the values.
Met with a lot of people. Took a long time to verify references. Wouldn’t negotiate salary.
