Tuskegee University Assistant/Associate Professor interview questions

I was interviewed by multiple staff within the Department of Public Health. There were various statements regarding research, but I was informed during the interview that most faculty had not engaged in research in years. Additionally, the communication with the point of contact was less than professional. It had taken weeks to receive a response to answers and follow-up questions, including responses sent to the chairperson regarding the application process. As an example, I was sent emails with specific questions prior to the interview. I responded within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, the response time was weeks to a month. The process seemed unorganized and was not aligned with interviews for similar positions across the country.
