Brief interview over the phone asking general questions about scheduling and subjects you would like to tutor students in. Went in to take two subject tests however, the office was incredibly loud and concentrating on the tests became increasingly difficult. Asked to move to another room but none were available.

There are pre-screening questions, then a phone interview, then some mock standardized tests and an in-person group interview. They tried to move me through the process quickly, scheduling these things one after the other without much lag time.
