I had a one on one interview with the director and she was very pleasant. Before the interview she gave me a tour of the school which broke the ice. We then went to a private classroom and she explained to me the job qualifications. She then asks me about experience, job skills, educational, etc.

easy, simple, unintimidating, Susan was a pleasure to sit and talk with, no difficult or unexpected questions. very informative. given a tour of all classrooms and building. long paperwork process and training process is unnecessarily long. but they pay you for your time training.
