The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Singapore)
Interview
The internal recruiter contacted me and we had a chat after I applied. He told me he would pass my application to the hiring manager who would contact me within 1 to 2 days but there was no news. A few weeks later, I received an email to ask me to send an updated resume for a position which I didn't apply for. I submitted and indicated that was not the position I applied for. Within a few days, I was rejected for the position which I didn't apply for and there was no news about the position I applied for. I contacted the recruiter to clarify and there was no response. Totally irresponsible. What a bad experience with Twilio's hiring process.
HR contacted me to run through the role and the company- approx. 30 min phone call.
Forwarded useful documents to read up more about Twilio as it is more of a B2B company.
Interview was done over Zoom, interviewer asked specific situational questions and requested for answers to be in STAR format.
Overall, interviewer was friendly and pleasant. It was a good experience.
