I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Madrid) in July 2022
Interview
I got contacted in Linkedin, did 5 interviews in total, but all the interviews make sense. They are not just repeating and extending the process unnnecesarily, as many tech do, it made sense. Everybody is very nice and helps to understand the process and prepare the next phase.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Every interviewer has 1 of the 4 values of the company as focus of the interview and asks about examples where you can demonstrate your alignment with that value.
The interview process was structured, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to evaluate both skills and team fit. It began with an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Next, I met with a cross-functional partner and then a peer from the Customer Success team. The peer interview included a thoughtful prompt that gave me the chance to dive into a real-world scenario. The final stage was a panel presentation, where I shared a strategic account plan with multiple stakeholders.
Poor experience - lengthy process involving 6 1:1 interviews with repeated questions being asking. Put off the company by the interview process. Would suggest Twilio combines some of these interviews.
