It was basic question. Personality questions were mainly emphasized and not very technical. Greeted by two of their employees and was given a tour of facility as well as a description of their process.

I as told I could advance to a senior operator with in 2 years, was lied to about how much I would make after 6 months of training , took forever to hear back

Interview

lengthy and misleading was hired as a welder and got to work the first day as a mechanic. The whole time throughout the application process was asked about welding and very little about mechanical experience
