Very long and protracted interview process with 4-6 week gaps between each round. Big focus on fit rather than technicals and i understand decision-making is by the *entire* group consensus.
HR were unresponsive and not particularly helpful in providing updates or sharing feedback.

Interview
Multiple 1v1 conversations spread over a couple of weeks. The convos were very informal, going through background, what kinds of things they did, how my background was relevant. All of the people were very nice and professional, and very smart. Seems like a cool place to work.
