First, start with an HR call, provide enough context but without the next round of the interviewer's name or background. Second round is a case-study interview, asking two case study questions, mostly product design-related questions.
Get rejection after follow up with HR one week later, without providing any feedback. I think it would be great to provide more transparency and helping the candidate to improve.

Question 1
product design question on an existing popular product
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Two Sigma (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was short & ended after two rounds of 50 minute calls with PMs. These were generic & not matched to the specific team yet. Would consider interviewing again
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Two Sigma (New York, NY) in June 2023
Interview
1. Initial Phone Screen 2. 45 min chat with 1 product manager. Asking general background questions about career, why twosigma, etc. As well as an overview of the P&E org 3. Final round consisting of 5 1 hour long interviews, 1 engineering leader, 2 product mangers, 1 client side / experience manager and 1 quant engineer. This seemed extremely disorganized as all 5 interviewee's asked variations of the exact same questions as the previous interviewer (including from the prior round). I felt like I was giving repetitive answers for all five interviews. Everyone was polite and respectful and most interviewers did seem engaged. All in all, spending nearly 6 hours evaluating a candidate especially when there doesn't seem to be a goal with any particular interview (each person is just giving feedback on the same question/answer) seems like a huge waste of time for both parties.
Give an example of when you launched a product from 0-1. How did you recognize the problem you were solving? Describe trade-offs and alternative solutions that you decided against, creative process, how you broke down the problem, how you handed it off to engineering, how did the launch go? What metrics did you use to measure success?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Two Sigma in Jan 2022
Interview
HR screen -> Behavioral/case with a single PM -> "Onsite" with multiple interviewers and mini-cases.
The interviews all went great and then I got dinged with no explanation. Basically a waste of time. The information on how the process would be run was not particularly clear either.
