Limited questions, no structure, wrong interpretation of answers, no proper introduction about work process, randomness. The people whom I interviewed with are not fit and suitable to make the interview.

The interview process was organized and overall there was poor communication. I was relocating and they never mentioned how they would support the move, until I asked. At which point they responded - No, we do not pay any relocation fees. They seemed to be annoyed I even asked. I had 3 interviews - all of which I paid for travel out of pocket. Instead of organizing two meetings where I met people - I was asked to work around their schedule and pay out of pocket 3 times to visit their studio.
