I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tx3 Services (Blue Bell, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was extremely thorough. I first spoke on the phone and had a
general conversation about the job position, then it was more of an interview about my hobbies/how i handle situations, etc. The process was relatively standard, and the first round of interview lasted about 30 minutes (phone interview). After talking to the interviewer about the position and the company culture, I was extremely excited because I felt like I would strive in a small company. There was a lot of opportunities to grow and learn.
About a week after, I received a call for the sound round of the interview. I then met with one of the co-partners that I would be working directly under. The interview process was about the same ~30 minutes, and it was about the tasks and duties I would be assigned. The whole process was made easy and the communication was great!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tx3 Services (Blue Bell, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
- 2 staff members from Sales and IT were not prepared with solid question.
- Disorganized
-I caught the interviewer twice wondering somewhere in the outer space.
My advice for the company: Make sure that who ever conducts an interview knows what STAR format is, comes prepared with questions directly related to job position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical behavioral and nearly no technical questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tx3 Services (Blue Bell, PA) in July 2015
Interview
The interview process was long but thorough. The CEO and CTO are very passionate about the company and exemplify it during the interview process. They show why they are working on building the company and what motivates them to be better. Through this, they pull the same desire from you and determine how you benefit the company based on the passion.
