Interview
I applied for the position in June and was called in July for an interview. I meet with the supervisor and had the interview. 3 weeks past and I got a call informing me that they had made a decision on the candidate and they had decided on me. I was a happy camper. 2 weeks later I received my official paperwork and will start on Oct 1.

Interview
I received a phone call after 2 weeks of applying. A manager from the department for the business contacted me to set up an interview (via Teams). I was only interviewed by the person who called me and only had 1 interview to attend. After I wait 2-3 weeks to hear something back.

If you didn't understand a task from your supervisor, what would you do?
Online application, received call to schedule interview, and then one interview with two managers. Managers alternated between asking questions. Got a call with offer and then received paperwork to start background check,drug test, etc. Pretty straight forward process.
