You are provided a packet with interview questions and you read the questions and answer them out loud in front of the panel interviewers. The interviewers do not ask you any follow up questions you are expected to answer each question and then move on to the next and they all stare at you while you're doing so, no feedback or rebuttals at all. You then do 2 tests on a laptop computer and front of them. This whole thing is timed.
