Everyday of this brutal job market I am astounded by the amount of incompetent HR managers and recruiters that have jobs, while overqualified candidates can't even get an interview. The HR Manager missed the interview TWICE. I'm not desperate enough to beg for a job paying WELL BELOW average salary range.
The interview was around 30 minutes. The interviewer began the interview with an introduction of the company. It helps a lot if you do your research beforehand. She was from the UK and was very nice, polite, and understanding. Everything went well, but unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on the base salary. I wish the base wage were higher.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was more like a conversation. It was pleasant. She asked about the languages I spoke, whether I had a driving license or not, and what I expected from the job.
It was moderate and I answered all the questions that were asked with great confidence i think I should get selected. Is this helpful? Yes or no or may? Appreciate it
