I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tyco (Westminster, MA) in June 2015
Interview
Applied online and had two phone interviews (with HR rep and hiring manager) before being called for an on site interview. Had several 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager and various other engineers. I talked to them in depth about several projects I was involved in and they showed me designs that their group worked on and how they tackled the issues and this was very interesting. They were easy going people but at the same I had to work hard to convince them that I'd be a right fit for their team.
