Interview
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tyde(Sydney) in February 2017.
I’ve applied online and they scheduled an interview immediately. There were 3 rounds of interviews. First on the phone, talked with HR representative, mostly standard questions. She asked about work experience, behavioral questions and knowledge about Tyde. They are very focused on the characters of the person. Second is technical round with software engineer on site. Usually questions are based on a technology related to their product. Also You walk through a past project and then have a conversation about yourself, the company, or wherever it goes. Culture appears important here so I feel this was crucial despite being non-technical. Third round is Casual talk with the CEO and CTO and met with other engineers, all nice and friendly.
