I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tyemill
Interview
Initial phone screen then 2 interviews on site. The first was with a senior developer and the second with a manager. The process was pretty standard where we started with a tour of the facility then technical interview starting with work history, past projects, then coding question on the whiteboard.
Straightforward and concise. A quick phone screen with a senior engineer to go over work history and interest in the position.
Followed by two coding interviews, one after another. Relatively standard LeetCode questions.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Tyemill (Seattle, WA) in June 2017
Interview
It was chill and the questions are not hard. They gave a tour of the company first so that you get more comfortable during the interview process. The interviewers are nice people to talk, did not feel a lot of pressure.
