Series of interviews/tasks (around 3, in my experience) each highlighting different aspects of the role spanning from technical to personal. Each were designed to meticulously examine the applicant's overall performance and values and how it fits into the Tyk culture. Took quite some time, as the updates and moving on to the next step are more of a weekly thing, but it was well worth the wait.
PS. The people involved in the application process were are really nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tyk (Lagos) in Apr 2021
