First step was an email questionnaire asking why Tyk, why the role etc. After that it was an initial screening call, followed by two technical rounds with a senior on the team as well as the director. Everyone I met in the process was very friendly and the process was enjoyable. Unfortunately, after three rounds of interviews and a few follow up emails asking about the status of my application, I never received a response.
