I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tynker (Mountain View, CA) in June 2018
Interview
Contacted me via Indeed, screened on phone that day, next day at their office for an in-person. Interview took about 1 hour, and was conducted by both founders. Srinivas came off as a very nice person, and conducted the phone screen, and half the in person. Krishna on the other hand, was extremely direct and didn't smile once during the interview. There were four candidates for this position, but I knew I didn't get it when Srinivas indicated that they make "quick decisions here" on the way out. After getting a read on Krishna and taking a look at the reviews here, I'm thankful that I was passed up on this opportunity.

Interview
A very good first interview, waiting on a second and it seems to be a long process. I hope to hear back soon after the second interview . This seems like a good company to work for.
