My experience with the interview process at Typeform was very positive. HR team ensured clear communication and kept me informed about each stage and what to expect next. This level of transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I always knew where I stood and when to anticipate feedback. Overall, it was a refreshing and well-managed experience.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I met with a recruiter first, then a manager/peer, and finally the head of support. There was an assessment that had to be completed as well.

The interview consisted in a set of 3 meetings with different people from the team, plus a one-hour exercise simulating your job position tasks. Everyone was very nice and made the conversations flow naturally.
