Typeform QA Manager interview questions

First step is fill a long survey in Typeform web. They ask about experiences leading teams and the motivations. After answer all the questions (about one hour) and send my CV, my application was rejected. I ask for feedback because in the rejection mail there not are any reason about the rejection but I never get any response. After dedicate more than one our in the application I did not understand why Typeform can not dedicate 5 minutes to explain the reasons about the application was rejected.
