Interview
They reach me on Linkedin for an interview, support position in Prague. Passed the phone screen selection they invited me in Prague, asked for a Skype interview but they wanted to saw me in person. I understood cause i believe that in persone is much better for candidates and recruiters as well but....they send me back a feedback after three weeks telling me they choose another candidate because they was looking for trilingual speaker. Now, my CV is clear, i speak two language and because they are not able to read and prescreen candidates i just LOST 100 Euro.
Avoid if you can, they are not professional at all, during the interview people come in and out od the room during the interview, they told me they are not looking for language cause the work is with all european counties. They want you to be flexible and professional but they are not!
