Interview
Asked us to come at 8 am, but ended up starting at 10. Had less than an hour to prepare for the presentation which is fine. But then, every group was supposed to be given 15 minutes for the presentation, but the time kept dragging, and my group had to present after 5pm which by then, none of the panel members even looked at us. The group after us didn't had any questions asked. There were 90 people at the venue. They could have made the group based on who came early because it felt really unfair to groups who got to present later, as the panels weren't interested. The panels were head of department, and how it works is that there are a few vacancies and they get to choose based on the presentation. So I assume by the latter group, all the panels already had someone in mind and the role was filled in.

Question 1
Had to do a presentation on tyre vavle in a group of 5-7 people. You would only have less than 1 hour to prepare, discuss and make the slides. Then. the rest of the day you'll wait for the presentation. Question asked based on what you say. The main topics were along the line, how is the market, is it interesting and how does the client enter the market.

Interview
I was a shortlisted KYDP participant. They briefed us about the company and the employee benefits, then we were required to randomly group up with other interviewers to make a presentation. The recruiters observed us in the process and would ask questions during your presentation. You weren't allowed to use anything other than Powerpoint. Overall, it went very smoothly and we were given refreshments as well.

Smooth and easy. Grouping interview session. And Then a career as a 1st line support would be suitable for you. A 1st line support technician. They resolve simple technical issues and queries or escalate the problem to other support technicians.
