Interview
The interview was conducted by the board of 5 individuals; two military personnel, Facility Director, Senior Supervisor, & Recruiting Director (Human Resources). Each interview asked two direct questions pertaining two strengths, weaknesses, experiences, problem solving, adapting to changes, quality improvement, & working with others at all levels.

What's your experience working in a multifaceted environment having to conduct four to five different duties daily? Live documenting exam & lab finding in a medical database, assisting with physical exams, conducting an audiogram, electrocardiograms, administering immunizations, eye exams, taking vitals, & body measurements.

Long !!! Basic questions. Focus of customer service and providing care to DOD staff, military and dependents. They asked about the typical questions you know. Focused on experience and how that could help further department goals
