Had a call from a recruiter after applying online in June. First call was to schedule time for the phone screen / pre-interview. Phone screen / pre-interview call was about 15-20 minutes. She was able to tell me who the hiring manager was. Hiring manager reached out after a few days to schedule interview. Have not had that one yet. I will update after completing that interview.

Interview
It was calm and relax and they wanted to ask about your experiences and also have you would fit in their company. Also what you liked about their company and how you saw yourself in the future

It was very informal. It only lasted 30 minutes and they ask very basic interview questions. Be prepared and know you information about the company. Having prior knowledge helps a lot.
