I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Richfield, MN) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online. I was a then offered a 30 minute phone interview with mostly behavioral questions. About 2 weeks after the phone interview I was invited to the final round of interviews at their headquarters in Richfield, MN. I had 3 - 30 minute back to back interviews with different managers. Again, mostly behavioral questions. They really like those. I received an offer for an internship about 3 weeks after my in person interview. The process is a bit long.
