Had a phone interview that went well, and made it to the final interview rounds. Had two separate interviews over webcam with two different managers. Asked primarily behavioral questions. Applied late January but did not hear back about final offers until March. Recruiters did not seem interested in following up.

Their interviews are very straightforward. Typically a two to three round process. First with your recruiter, Then one with someone from the department. Lastly, someone or a group of people within the department. Questions are straightforward. Was able to hear back with their decision right away.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
