      Senior Manager Interview

      27 Dec 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Minneapolis, MN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN)

      Interview

Mine was a pretty informal interview process. Generally, if you are intellectually curious, you'll be in good shape. They generally don't in-person interview more than 3-5 people after going through quite a few resumes and phone interviews first. Later, as a hiring manager myself, I had trouble hiring top talent due to lower-than-average pay that I could offer for the roles I needed to fill.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015

      Interview
