I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Denver, CO) in Sept 2013
Interview
1. Received a call that they received my application and wanted to know if I was still interested. I had to call back about 3 times before I got another call to set up an interview
2. First interview was with actual HR manager, easy questions about previous experience. Mostly information about the position. Was told would receive a call about second interview
3. Second interview was 2 days after first. Was with actual manager who's team I would be on. Did not get to pick hours, already decided based on need. Basically asked how I handle difficult customers, experience with selling, why I would be a good fit
EASY EASY EASY PROCESS!
Received a call next day with offer and info about training sent in email.
