I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I applied online, and somebody from recruiting contacted me. After some back and forth with scheduling, we finally spoke. The call was slated for 30 minutes. She dials in few minutes late, apologizes, and then goes on for another 30 minutes extra of my time. She was very chatty and circled the bush a lot. After giving her a rundown of my career experience and all the things I've done, she either thought I was way too qualified for the job or that she didn't understand a whole another world that existed outside of her comfort zone. She said she'd review my application further and get back to me. It's been two months, and I'm still waiting. A note to the recruiting department - my time is just as important as yours. If you think a specific candidate is either overqualified or underqualified, please be respectful of their time and email them. It's a basic courtesy—enough of the fake conversations. Be at least professional and ethical in what you are doing.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in May 2025
Interview
I received a call from a recruiter, but then they completely ghosted me. Later on, I got an automated rejection email saying I wasn’t selected for the position. The person I spoke with was nice.
