I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Portland, OR) in June 2021
Interview
The recruiter process was standard and set up the meeting. We all know these steps. The interviews, i did multiple for different positions: for both, the interviews except for one person was not engaging at all. In fact, on one of the interviews, 3 out of the 4 engineers just left mid interview. They never really engaged in the first place. Overall rather disappointing. Never got a response back from either. I highly recommend not doing the project coding stuff as nobody looks at it nor is it ever brought up. Only do it if they decide to further interview you and are genuinely interested in you. Otherwise don't waste your time for them. Not worth it.
